Drive up Valparai hills can be pleasant and adventurous! Greenary accompanies you with evidences of elephant trails in between! As you go higher the nature is so peaceful where you hear only the sound of crystal clear water running on the rocks or the birds chirping. All shades of green at its best! You have various options of changing destinations as there are many small places connected by good and bad roads. If you are lucky may catch glympses of harmless wildlife or the huge mammals! If you happen to be there in the year (once in 12 years)of 'Kurunji' flower then go prepared on a four wheel drive with good shoes! I loved driving up in my non-4 wheel drive and wish to do it again!
